This distance sales agreement is concluded between the customer and Auronex Travel or the relevant partner company providing or mediating the transfer service.
The subject of this agreement is the reservation of a private transfer service, including airport transfers, hotel transfers and destination transfers.
The reservation is created through the online booking system. The customer is responsible for entering all information correctly, including name, phone number, e-mail, flight number, pickup point, destination, date and time. The booking becomes binding only after confirmation by the provider.
The displayed prices apply to the selected route, vehicle category, passenger count and currency. Payment method and payment timing may vary depending on the partner or reservation type.
The customer must be ready at the agreed pickup point at the scheduled pickup time. Changes to flight time, phone number, hotel address or other relevant details must be communicated in advance.
The transfer provider makes reasonable efforts to provide the service on time and properly. Delays caused by traffic, weather, force majeure or official measures may occur, and no liability is accepted for consequential damages arising from such circumstances.
Cancellation and amendment rules are subject to the applicable cancellation policy. Customers are requested to notify changes as early as possible.
